OUR FOUNDER
Fury Hockey Club was founded by Annie Williams, a dedicated field hockey enthusiast with over 18 years
of experience as a player and coach. Annie’s vision is to create a community that nurtures young athletes,
instilling values of respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork while fostering a lifelong love for the game.

Founder of Fury Hockey Club, Annie brings over 18 years of experience as a passionate field hockey player and coach. By day, she is a dedicated teacher and also coaches at the high school where she teaches. Annie’s mission is to build a supportive community where young athletes grow through teamwork, respect, and a lifelong love for the game.
Coach Williams
Coach
Affectionately known as “Coach Williams,” she’s not just Coach Annie’s biggest fan—she’s her mom, too! A lifelong athlete, Sharon played multiple sports growing up, but field hockey quickly became her true passion. She played as a goalie at William & Mary, earning a reputation for her fearless play and team-first mentality. Sharon has been coaching field hockey since the very first time Annie and her sister picked up a stick. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines or jumping in to help at practice, her energy, heart, and dedication help make Fury Hockey feel like family.
